The Negative Energy

Bring Out Your Best

Low self-esteem is just a lack of confidence in oneself. We all have low self-esteem. Some are just more insecure than others. It helps when we surround ourselves with POSITIVE PEOPLE who will lift us up because they see the GOOD IN US. If we surround ourselves with people who will notice the things that we are good at, it will give us strength to be even better at them. Sometimes we just cannot see the things we are good at ourselves or feel good about it. EVERYBODY NEEDS ENCOURAGEMENT.

The Toxic Environment

Don’t let people take you for granted. WE ARE ALL UNIQUE. We all have something very special that is unique to us to offer the world. We are all a piece of God. If someone chooses to ignore that YOU ARE SPECIAL they will stunt your growth and you need to get out of that place in a hurry — you will never be happy, and you will never reach your FULL POTENTIAL in the things you truly want to do and be.

If someone around you always brings you down by being very critical of you, somehow you need to separate yourself from this negative energy since it will only weigh you down further. This person is insecure and instead of dealing with their insecurity in a positive way; to make themselves feel more secure, they are very critical and negative to others around them in an attempt to make themselves appear better.

This type of negative energy wants you to be insecure and have you in a state of low self-esteem unable to find the confidence to feel good about anything — stay very clear of this person or environment! It is abusive!!

Encourage One Another

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up. 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Recognize that you are not alone. GOODNESS IS ONE; therefore, recognize what is GOOD IN PEOPLE and tell them when they are. BE THANKFUL for the good things that others are since we need to see each others strength to have it utilized and reach its fullest potential.
