Is It Okay to Go to a Synagogue If I Believe In Jesus?

I was completely confused once upon a time. I had no idea what was right? How do we know that the church is right and if the church is right, which church is right?

I started my journey to simply try to form an opinion for myself. How would I do that? Well, I thought about it, and then I decided that the book that has caused the most wars and created the most controversy over the centuries would be a good place to start!

How many of us have actually read it?

If you are serious about this quest, my recommendation is to download the YouVersion app. There is a great Bible study called Bible in One Year 2020 With Nicky Gumble. I am about a quarter of the way through it now and I have to say it has been an insightful experience.

I have been studying the Bible for a number of years, but this study has given me a wider and more in-depth perspective.

Practicing Open Mindedness

I think it is a good idea to educate yourself the best that you can.

Knowledge is power.

We are not robotic and we do not just sit idly by believing everything we listen to. Today is not how it has been in the past — the many years it has been that we have not been allowed to have a voice.

God has given us oodles of resources to educate ourselves, so that we can be sure the information we are receiving lines up to all of the information that we are reading and understanding.

God is not just one religion because God is in all things.

Things are not as they were before technology. We are not a community who has a doctor, a teacher, and a pastor who are the only educated people to give advise.

Now we have the power ourselves to challenge because we all have eyes to see what is right there in front of our faces.

History does not lie and Truth will prevail.

We all have the power to be the people we have always wanted to be.

We just have to own who we are and be the people that God designed us to be.

Together we can change the world. Believe in the power of goodness!

It is all like a love story. Religion is difficult to understand because there is a lot of inconsistency within those walls. But the relationship with God is like a love story. Firstly, between us and God, then between husband and wife, then between Jew and Gentile.

There always is a struggle between what is equally opposite and that is how we learn divine love.
