Time Keeps on Ticking, Ticking…. Into the Future

We have inherited time because of sin. The longer it takes to learn, the longer the darkness will exist. Darkness is the first half of time and light is the other. This time, can be compared to a day. God created man on the sixth day, and it takes him a history of time to learn the difference between good and evil to know what God knows. God teaches through the complement of the reflection. We learn by knowing what is the opposite.

If we know what is bad, then we can know how to be good.

As in water face reflects face, So the heart of man reflects man.”
Proverbs 27:19

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.”

For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face; now I know in part, but then I will know fully just as I also have been fully known.”

For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror; and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.”

The Journey

Life is a journey to finding your true self. WE ARE always on a journey to finding our self if we believe in God. God is all things good and can only be good.

God is truth.

We go through the ups and downs of life and we are confused about why we have ups and downs. We don’t understand why we have the challenges that we do. We ask ourselves: “If God is good, why does God allow pain to happen?”

A child learns from his parents. A child feels pain when he does something wrong. A parent is there to instruct the child and set him on the right path. The child needs the experience to know the difference between right and wrong.

The Plan

All along God’s plan is to give us a perfect garden. His plan has always been in the works, but it is us who are slowing the process down in having it.

WE ARE slow to learn.

Darkness is dying because WE ARE at our rock bottom, but now we realize the good and bad that we have done. Light moves fast, so once we know truth or what is good we will not be able to continue in our old dysfunction. We also know that if we do, we will destroy ourselves.

WE ARE smarter than our past. WE ARE understanding what is good and now WE ARE in restoration mode.

Darkness dies.

Darkness eventually will never be. The game has always been about choice. Like a game, we play to win. So, make strategic choices. There is a loosing team and then there is the winning one.
