Driven by Darkness

You know, I realize that it isn’t so bad being in uncomfortable situations. When I am in one now, I know I just have to figure a way how to get out of it. It’s called fear. Everyone has it. We are all insecure about something. What is your insecurity? We might as well just face it, it isn’t a secret, we are all insecure about something. Is a coworker hitting a nerve by knowing what your weakness is?

Well, I am here to tell you the cure — don’t cater to it!

Confront your fears with confidence. When that fear comes at you, tell it who you truly are! What? Did I hear you say you don’t know who you truly are? You think you are what your fears are telling you? This voice comes at you in a very sneaky way. The voice sounds like this: “I am stupid”, “I can’t do this”, “I sound stupid”, “I am a failure”, “I am hopeless”…

Want to know what that voice should really be saying? You have to believe in the good person that God created you to be, my friend. In His magnificent image YOU were created, so how much less are you magnificent? You need to start believing in your Creator and realize that you are made with special love and care by His personal hand.

Don’t let the darkness convince you of anything different!

Darkness

We all have our darkness

We all have our pain

Pushing us to identify

Something bigger than ourselves

Even darkness has purpose

Without darkness

There would be no light
