Shannie Alvarez is an inspirational author, blogger, and nurse. She lives in Ontario, Canada. As a nurse, Shannie has helped people who've struggled with mental illness, disease, and addictions. She has worked in palliative care, but now she works in cardiology as her specialty. Her message of learning how to love yourself is reflected through biblical principles and her faith in God.
