Are we fighting against ourselves when we choose a side?
It is like the U.S. is fighting against itself. We really need to realize that God is about love and for us to know how to love one another. That is the fight in all of our relationships. How do we get along? When we figure that out, we will figure out what love really means and that we are really just two identities equally loved by God.
We should be like Jesus, and not choose a side. We should love everyone equally for who they are as individuals since that is also the plan of God.
