Faith, Poetry

Time

I waited so patiently when thinking of you,
A vision that lied so perfectly still.
A wondrous idea so far and a blur,
A dreamy reality of truth to myself.
A live existence that embellished my thoughts,
An idea I relished to every last drop.
Actively loving and lost in my mind,
Holding onto hope deep within my core.
Unsettled in my heart as I wondered; "When?"
Etched in my mind as I wanted to know more.
Lingered cries unable to find to rest,
So alive and real, I desired in my being,
As I waited so patiently for you and me.
